Issues with Personalization
At Kokomo Keepsakes, we copy and paste the information you provide for personalization directly onto the artwork. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the order to ensure everything is correct. It is assumed that when you place your final order and submit payment, you have reviewed your design and have approved the order. If you receive your order and realize there is an issue with the personalization, we offer a 20% discount on a replacement. Please email for more details.
Refunds
Personalized items are not available for refunds. Refunds are only given for manufacturing errors and product defects, not for personalization mistakes. Refunds must be submitted within 15 days of purchase. Please email to start the refund process.
Returns / Exchanges
Personalized items are not available for returns/exchanges unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us. Returns/exchanges must be submitted within 15 days of purchase.
