Do I have to personalize my order?
No, if you’d like a product without personalization, we are happy to send it out directly to you.
What images am I allowed to submit?
All images must be of consenting participants. Kokomo Keepsakes assumes that by uploading the photos, you have the copyrights to do so. Absolutely no children’s photos will be allowed on the Adult Only products.
Why is there a password on the Adult Only section?
At Kokomo Keepsakes, we understand that sometimes adults like to have personalized products made for their partners that are more private in nature. To accommodate this need, we have created an Adult Only section of our website. This section is for users 18 and older.
What happens to the photos after my order is completed?
Kokomo Keepsakes values your privacy. Photos will be deleted from our server immediately after your order is completed.
What if there is a mistake on my personalization?
At Kokomo Keepsakes, we copy and paste the information you provide for the personalization directly onto the artwork. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the order to ensure everything is correct. If you realize after you receive the order that there has been a misprint, please reach out to us and let us know! We offer a
20% discount on a replacement.
Can I return my order?
Personalized items are not available for returns unless there is a manufacturing error. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt.
How do I personalize my item?
Choose the item you would like to have personalized. Upload a photo and/or type in the information in the text box provided. Double-check all spellings and dates, as we will copy exactly what you provide. Our site only provides a preview of the photo upload but not the text.

What are the guidelines for images?
We accept .png, .jpg, and .zip images. The higher the resolution, the better the picture quality will be on the final product. If the picture looks blurry when you are looking at it on your screen, then it will look blurry on your product.
How long does it take to create my order?
Production takes 1-3 business days, depending on the product.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order has been personalized, it will be shipped within 2 business days. Please allow 2-7 business days for transit time.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations cannot be accepted once you have placed your order and completed payment, as it moves to production immediately for personalization.
Can I change my order once it is placed?
Placing your order and completing payment confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order prior to submission. If you find you made a mistake in your personalization after placing your order, email us IMMEDIATELY (info@kokomokeepsakes.com), and if we haven’t begun personalizing your order, we will make the changes you need. If your product has already entered the production process, we are not able to change it. It is the responsibility of the customer to review their order for correct spelling and all personalization that they entered, as Kokomo Keepsakes holds no responsibility for any misspellings, nor will it correct any spelling errors.
